Product Profile of Abrasive Belt Grinder
Vijay Machine Tools manufactures an abrasive belt grinder from the Elmaco group. The machine comes with an inbuilt motor, serrated rubber contact wheel, telescopic tendering arm for belt tension, safety belt guard and a rotary switch. It is very ideal for a number of industries such as forging, foundries, sheet metal fabricators, surgical instrument manufacturers, electrical equipment manufacturers, plastic manufacturing works, metal fabricating works, optical industries, etc. A lathe mounted model is also manufactured which is ideally used for textiles roll grinding, calendar roller, cylinder for plastic industries, hard chrome piston rods, textile screws, etc. The grinders are available in 1 HP to 3 HP rating in bench and pedestal models. The lathe-mounted model is available in bench model only with special circular base for easy mounting and clamping. Special machines with different voltage supply or frequency are also manufactured.
