Product Profile of Abrasive Blasting Cabinets
Kushal Udhyog has offered abrasive blasting cabinets. It is used for blast-cleaning operation within a confined area. Pressurized abrasive particles are issued out of a blast nozzle and are bombarded using high-pressure compressed air flow that strike the components placed inside the cabinet, and thus performing blast-cleaning operation. The spent abrasive is again recovered into the pressure vessel to recycle it. The dust and debris are sucked and separated in a fabric bag dust collector unit. The equipment is recommended for blast cleaning casting and forging components approaching to intricate shapes and profiles, de-burring, de-scaling, removing thick and hard deposits, removing thick and hard deposits, and or shot peening, stress relieving operations. The equipment is designed to the most convenient operating position, ergonomic armholes for free maneuver of the blast nozzle. It includes features like: sealed enclosure, replaceable vision glass with fine wire mesh to protect from abrasion, equipped with air filter, air regulator, pressure gauge and on-off controls for fan and illumination. The equipment is available in standard and custom designed models.
