Guindy Machine Tools Ltd. provides a stationary electro mechanical actuator, Model VAL, with rotary output drive and hydraulic shifting. is The Actuator comes in two sizes of 120 and 150. The stationary electro mechanical actuator is applied for clamping and declamping of components on fixtures which are used on special purpose machines such as rotary table indexing machines, transfer lines and also for clamping components on pallets employed on transfer lines. These latest actuators are precisely designed to attain large stroke lengths of 63 mm and 125 mm, with hydraulically operated shifting unit, and are primarily used where the 18 mm stroke on the VA model does not offer adequate access to the clamping device. Stationary electro mechanical actuators are supplied with 100% duty cycle motor, without internal brake for applications where instant stopping of output is not needed. In case for applications where instant stopping of output shaft is required, forty per cent duty cycle motor is applied with internal brake.
