Product Profile of Analogue Switches
Vishay Components India has developed five low-impedance, high-voltage analogue switches. These switches are available with technical features like low 10 ohms `on` resistance for audio, video and data switching applications. The company supplies the analogue switches in ranges of dual-supply single-pole/single-throw [SPST] DG467, DG468, DG447 and DG448 and single-pole/double throw [SPDT] DG449. These analogue switches DG467 and DG468 are available with 10 ohms low `on` resistance whereas the DG447 and DG448 have 25 ohms resistance. The other salient features of these analogue switches are low leakages with a compact size. These analogue switches are also suited as improved drop-in replacements for MAX4647, MAX468 and MAX4649 analogue switches.
