Grovers International presents Automatic Microdosing/Powder Filling machines that are volumetric filling machine operated by auger for dry powders/ granules with high consistency of weight control. This Automatic Microdosing/Powder Filling machine is suitable for microdosing sterile dry powders and filling external Dry syrup and other allied products. Automatic Microdosing/Powder Filling machines come with independent Dosing Heads fitted with Permanent Magnet DC motors and feed back sensors for accurate individual control of the Auger revolution. Automatic Microdosing/Powder Filling machines come with equipments like pre-feeding screw conveyors and Bin Hoppers for maintaining optimum level of powder in the dosing chamber; Bin Hoppers of adequate capacity to allow reasonable interval between pre-filling; and an Independent Micro Logic Controller to orchestrate the sequence of operation. This Automatic Microdosing/Powder Filling machine is available with SS 304 or SS 316 contact parts and SS covers/ cladding for the entire machine structure.
