Product Profile of Automatic Cup Filling, Sealing And Coding Machine
K and R international offers complete filling, packaging, sealing and packing solutions for liquids, pastes, powders and granules and serve various industries. Now to serve food industry, k and R International is introducing automatic cup filling sealing and coding machine. The machine is a sturdy have rotary indexing table and six stations for various operations. The cups to be filled are stacked in the first station and are picked and placed on to the rotary table for further operation. At second station cups are filled with the product. The third station houses pre-cut aluminum lids in a magazine and the lids are places on the cups one at a time in a synchronous fashion. The fourth station has an electrically heated punch, which seals the lid on to the cup. Fifth statin offers printing such as date, batch code etc. on the cup and sixth duly ejects the finished products on to turntable. Overall dimensions of the machine is 860 mm x750 mm x 1800 mm, and weight is approx 450 Kg. thiese machines are suitable for filling of viscous/highly viscous fluids/pasty materials with or without solid matter in hot or cold condition, like yogurt, honey, butter-milk, cream, etc.
