Product Profile of Axial Flow & Ventilation Fans
Draft air India introduces Axial flow fans & Centrifugal ventilation fans. The housing of axial fans is fabricated from heavy gauge steel sheet. The impeller has a high efficiency aerofoil section with adjustable pitch blades. Impellers are statically & dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940. Inlet cone & outlet diffuser are provided to further improve the efficiency.
Centrifugal ventilation fans have low noise; high efficiency non-overloading impeller with backward inclined blades. Impellers are statically & dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940. Casing is fabricated from heavy gauge steel with heavy-duty-pedestals. Fan orientation is provided to suit the site needs. The system is designed to maintain the desired purity, temperature & over-pressure in the department. The air supply quantities are estimated based on heat load, air leakages & ambient air quality.
In addition, ventilation system is accessible with or without washer. The exhaust system can be either mechanical or through gravity release dampers.
