Key Features of Baking Oven With Double Walled Door
- The Outer chamber is fabricated out of thick cold rolled mild steel sheets fully reinforced to make the equipment mechanically very rigid. The inner chamber is fabricated out of thick M.S / S.S.
- The door is double walled, single / double door fabricated out of thick mild steel. Door is provided with heavy-duty hinges and is gasketed to effectively seal the chamber when in closed condition. The door is provided locking device.
- The chamber is heated by means of Electrical / Gas / Diesel depending on application and preference.
- Uniform temperature is achieved in the inner chamber by powerful blowers. Ventilation is provided for venting the moisture/fume.
- Suspending rods/hooks will be provided as required for holding the samples for backing. If required trolley and tray option can be provided on request.
- Control Panel side mounted type accommodating, Digital Temperature indicator, On/off Switches, Indicating Lamps etc.
