Product Profile of Belt Driven Cap Elevator
Belt Driven Cap Elevator is basically a clitted belt conveyor erected at an angle for loading of caps into the feeder bowl to ensure automatic non-stop operation of capping machine. The Cap Elevator is equipped with 5.5 hopper and the machine can be inclined at a proper angle with help of screw provided to match with the height of feeder bowl. The Cap Elevator has a fixed focus type optical sensor that governs the automatic On-Off control of the clitted angle so that a definite quantity of caps is maintained in the feeder bowl. The Belt Driven Cap Elevator has the clitted belt driven by a Eurodrive 0.5 H.P.3 Phase A.C. geared motor.
