Product Profile of Belt Grinding Machine
Grind Master provides conveyorised belt grinding machines. These conveyorised belt grinding machines find its main application with descaling, finishing, square bar, hex bar, flats, angles, and also for removing surface defects like pit marks and dent marks. The machine has unique floating type belt grinding head to ensure uniform grinding quality for long length sections. The machines can be provided with one head or more [max three heads]. Jobs up to 150 mm width and 50 mm thickness can be ground, finished. 150 mm height section can be offered with this Machines for grinding. Machines are of best use in SS bar, bright bar SS flat, SS angles, and manufacturing units. Offered as optional are motorised job size adjustment, magnetic table below conveyor, wet grinding systems, pneumatic belt detensionng, and inlet outlet roller table.
