Product Profile of Blending Vessel With Magnetic Mixers
Adam Fabriwerk supplies blending vessel. This blending vessel is provided with magnetic mixer. The vessels are manufactured in accordance with ASME BPE and EHEDG guidelines. These mixers find their applications in sterile solutions, vials, ampoules, IV fluids, aerosols, vaccines, human insulin, serums, plasma fractions, bacteria and cell cultures. These blending vessel has some technical features which include: are bottommounted magnetic mixers with speed ranging from 20 to 350 rpm; are provided with flush bottom outler valve, sterile sampling system with in situ steam sterilization; sterile flange connections for top dish nozzles enhances CIP, SIP operations; pH, conductivity and temperature sensing are through sanitary knuckle port on vessel shell. This blending vessel is provided with load cells for weight measurement; is equipped with PLC-based with touch screen MMI and SCADA packages.
