Hensel is a German manufacturer of electrical installation and distribution systems made of thermoplastics. Cable junction boxes are available for cable sizes from 1.5 up to 240 mm. These are used in encapsulating and protecting electrical terminations from the harmful effects of dust, moisture and hazardous chemical activity and corrosion. The boxes are rated for IP 65 degree of protection and have the CB certification for compliance to relevant IEC standards. In addition, they are ideal for use as pole mounting boxes, telephone connector boxes, garden lighting/landscaping application, push button stations etc. Features. Impact resistant - conforms to IK 06 /IK 08, Dust proof. Water tight [Jet water resistant]. Light weight. Acid resistant. Insulated and shock proof.. Internally embedded gasket technology. Dust caps inbuilt to seal points of fixation after box is mounted. Vibration proof terminals, Pre-moulded knockouts available on all sides.
