Product Profile of Cable Junction Boxes
Hensel Vermogensverwaltungs GmbH, Germany manufactures electrical installations and distribution systems made of plastics. KF-cable junction boxes are both halogen free and weatherproof. These have IP 65 degree of protection and are flame retardant, self extinguishing, made of high grade material: PC-GFS, glass-fibre reinforced thermoplastics and impact proof. These boxes are subjected to burning behaviour glow-wire test 960?C according to IEC 60 695-2-1, UL subject 94: V-0. KF-cable junction boxes comply with regulatory restrictions for buildings with requirements regarding the structural fire protection. Halogen free features mean low toxicity and low fume development; and weatherproof features mean UV-resistant, rainproof, temperature resistant and impact proof.
