The Carbon dioxide Binders and Breakdown Agents are of four types, they are:
Garcobond: A range of silicate based binders with or without built in collapsible agents and other special co-polymer additives for extended bench life and low CO2 consumption, longer core storage & superior breakdown.
Garset: Range of Hardners for self setting silicate system, based on esters or Di-Calcium Silicates or Nishiyama process.
Garcolap: Powder or liquid additives to promote better collapsibility with silicate sand systems.
Garmix: Powdered sand conditioners for green sand moulding to reduce scabing defects and give uniform mould hardness and contours.
Gargi LCD - 8 / Garcolap - 77: Coal dust substitutes requiring very low additions levels and consequently negligible ash build up ensures clean environment with consistently excellent surface finish of castings without any burn on defect.
