Famas supplies centrifugal coating granulator manufactured by Yenchen Machinery Co. These centrifugal coating granulators are useful for applications like pellet [NPS] forming, pellet powder layering, pellet suspension coating, pellet firm coating and pellet enteric coating. The centrifugal coating granulators comes with a high rotation disc with air sealing from side bowl that cause core rotation not only from front but also from right to left forming a perfect round. The centrifugal coating machines come with combination of inlet air handling unit with air distribution guide for air seal, stainless steel spray gun, powder-loading system, exhaust control and dust collector as an option. These granulators are available with technical features like 0.2 mm minimum core for layering or coating; in compliance with cGMP and FDA CFR 21 part 11 regulations for safety design of explosion proof, wash-in-place process for automatic cleaning, parameter monitoring, user authorisation, automatic SOP process for receipt storage, in-process data storage/printing, etc.
