Charger for Traction Batteries is applicable for light duty and normal duty operations. The Charger is mainly designed for traction batteries. The Charger functions at a frequency rate of 50 Hz or 60 Hz. The Charger performs ampere hour controlled charging to ensure complete charging of batteries without any over-charging or under-charging. The Charger provides e-pulse charging that can realize shorter charging of the battery with less energy requirement. Charger for Traction Batteries use desulfating charging programme for commissioning or formation of new and/or sulphated batteries with a pre-selected amount of ampere-hours.
