The Cast Iron products are made of close grain Cast Iron with hardness from 190 to 210 BHN. Two grades available: Grade I - Hand Scraped; and Grade II - Machined. The CI SURFACE PLATE is ribbed to minimise deflection under load to conform to deflection limits as per IS2285:1963 standard. Grade 1 plates are artificially seasoned. Accuracies as per IS2285:1963 Standard.
