Conuco Machines manufactures a CNC planomiller. This machine is most suitable for high speed/feed machining of dies, milling of all faces and precision drilling, boring operations on large jobs. The table moves on linear guideways, Y and Z axis. Slides move on hardened and ground guide ways with centralised lubrication system. X, Y, Z axes movements are obtained from DC/AC servo motor and precision hardened and ground ball screws. Spindle is precision ground and mounted in high precision angular contact bearings, grease packed. Specifications: table size2500 x 3000; T slots18 mm; travels - X=3100, Y=2600, Z=560 mm; spindle - ISO 40, 2.3/3.3 kW, 6000 RPM, max; CNC - 3 axis system, 2 axes simultaneous, circular interpolation, resolution 0.001 mm; feed rates - 10-5000 mm/min; and rapid - 10,000 mm/min.
