Cosmos Impex offers CNC Turning Centre. Feeler FTC-20 is a CNC turning centre engineered to meet virtually any production turning requirements. The machine features hydraulic chucking, hydraulic tailstock, hydraulic turret and high stiffness, THK- make linear motion guideways on X and Z axes for better speed and accuracies. FTC-20 can offer either 8" or 10" hydraulic power chuck with 2-6 spindle nose. Maximum turning diameter of 350 mm and turning length of 380 mm with spindle power of 15 kW [opt 18.5 kW] and spindle speed of 4,500 rpm practically cover the major turning components range with various workpiece materials, 8 station hydraulic turret with 0.3 sec indexing time per station and indexing accuracy of 0.003 mm. FTC-20 can be offered either Fanuc 01-Mate/Fanuc CNC controller. Optional accessory like tool setter can handle bar-stock. Feeler FTC series machine has a unique feature of oil-coolant separation system where the excess lubrication oil does not mix up with coolant and get collected in coolant tank. Instead, the excess oil get collected in a separate oil collector. The machine offers a special feature of two-stage clamping force for chuck through M-code to handle thin-walled components. The machine is available with standard 8 or 12 station tools disk, however, VDI tool disk can also available optionally.
