Anil machines present CNC turning machines that are appropriate for production purpose. These turning machines are of slant bed design & are provided with Sinumerik 802-D controller. The headstock of the machine is cartridge type with 5.5kV servo drive. Highest spindle speed is 6000 rpm. The headstock consists of hydraulic chuck. Tailstock of the machine has live center. To ensure uniform clamping force, quill is operated hydraulically. Both, X- axis & z-axis are controlled by servo drive. The dovetail of the slides is equipped with turcite-B, which makes sure to minimize the co-efficient of friction, & ensures large depth of cut.
