The turning center has a single piece monolithic base, with a slant bed inclined at 45 degree with long cross-section chip chutes for easy chip flow. The stallion 100S has a high-stiffness spindle construction, a swing-over-bed of 420 mm, direct coupled servomotors, and a programmable tailstock quill with built-in rotating center. In addition to this, It also comes with a seperate mixing of lubrication oil collection, to prevent mixing of lubrication oil with the coolant.
