Bharat Electronics manufactures Combat Net Radio, which is also known as VHF transreceiver. This is a software controlled frequency hopping radio in the VHF frequency band of 30 - 88 MHz. This radio incorporates Digital Signal Processor technology using Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis. The radio employs high grade digital secrecy to work in Anti-jam frequency hopping and fixed frequency modes. It is compatible with both Voice and Data communication in clear and secure mode.
