Demech Chemical Products Pvt. Ltd. is a part of Demech group manufactures the Copper grade anti-seize lubricant which contains copper flakes and graphite balanced in a petroleum paste carrier. Studs, bolts, flanges, gaskets. It can be assembled and removed more easily in a cleaner, better condition even after extended exposure to sub zero temperature or high temperatures up to 1000?C and vibratory loads. Copper Anti-Seize can be used for wide variety of metallic and non metallic materials commonly used for bolting, piping and gasketing. Suggested for usage on application on nuts, bolts and studs, fittings and shafts, machine surfaces, fittings on steam turbines, pumps, valves, flanges, extruders and dies etc.
The product is designed to give protection against high temperature, sea water corrosion, galling and seizing and functions as a tread lubricant, aiding assembly and disassembly of threaded components.
