The usual dose for adults is 1 ampoule [500 µg of methylcobalamin], administered intramuscularly or intravenously 3 times a week [every alternate day]. The dosage may be adjusted depending on patient`s age and symptoms. Each 2 ml Cynocal M Injection is available in a packing of 2 X 5 X 2ml boxes.
