Hi-Tech Accessories offers data acquisition systems that accepts analogue inputs, like Pt-100, V, 0?4 to 20 mA, and also eight logic inputs and outputs, configurable alarm loops, direct output to printer if required and have RS485 or RS232 digital communication to be interlinked to a computer. These systems accept eight-channels. They have the facility to scan all the eight channels on a rotational basis with three seconds per channel reading displayed on the front panel. The units are configurable through software or hardware, ie, both field-programmable as well as software programmable. They need no expertise for operation and can practically be operated by anyone. Features include: configurable via PC or locally; eight analogue inputs; eight logic inputs and outputs; eight programmable alarms; configurable inputs; simultaneous display of actual value, inputs, alarms; mounting by DIN rail, wall or panel mounting; high resolution A/D converter; RS485/RS232 selectable communication formats; direct output to serial printer without PC; and up to 255 modules can be connected together.
