Arrow Electronics has developed LTM4605 DC-DC uModule regulator. This DC-DC regulator operates in 4.5V to 20V and provides an output voltage from 0.8V to 16V and outputs up to 150W. The company supplies the LTM4605 DC-DC uModule regulators incorporating synchronous buck-boost DC-DC controller, four n-channel MOSFETs, input and output bypass capacitors, and compensation circuitry. These DC-DC regulators are available in a 15xl5x2.8mm3 land-grid-array plastic-moulded package.
