Diesel Engine with Air Cleaner & Spanner Set is applicable in irrigation, workshop, generating set, floor mill, huller, cotton ginning expeller, concrete mixer etc. Diesel Engine with Air Cleaner & Spanner Set has the following features:
Combustion Chamber: Direct injection in open type
combustion chamber provided in an aluminum alloy piston with long stem multihole nozzle result in low fuel consumption and easy starting.
Fuel System: High speed diesel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through an efficient replaceable paper element type main filter.
Lubrication: Engine`s moving parts are lubricated by force feed and partly by splash lubrication. A throwaway type bypass filter is provided for filtering the lubricating oil. Lub. oil is supplied under constant pressure by lub. Oil-pump.
Governing: A sensible centrifugal type governor mounted on camshaft gear. Speed variation is controlled within limits to comply with class B1 governing as per IS: 11170. Class A2 gov. engine can be provided on demand for genset application.
Cooling: Water cooled engine is continuous cooled by flow of water. Air cooled engine is cooled by air flow generated with the help of fan mounted on flywheel called conventional cooling.
Rotation: Standard rotation is clockwise looking at the flywheel. Engine with reverse rotation can be provided on demand.
Starting: The engine is designed for starting by hand. Electric start provision can also be provided against specific requirement.
Drive: Standard power takes off is from flywheel side. Power take off from gear end at half speed can be provided on demand.
