GUJARAT FORGINGS LIMITED [GFL] manufactures the Diesel Generating Sets, A.C. Generators. These Engines are widely used for Agriculture, Irrigation and Industrial purposes. GFL is an ISO 9001: 2000 company certified by the TUV-Rheinland. GFL is having the IS:11170 and IS:10001 [ISI Mark for Product Quality] for its Engines and is also approved from DGS&D & NSIC. In the Diesel Generating Sets, A.C. Generators are manufactured and tested as per IS: 4722:1992. The following are its unique features:
Generators have standard 50 Hz frequency.
They are Air Cooled & Water Cooled type
Single Phase & Three Phase with 2 KVA to 20 KVA at 50 Hz
AC Generator has a revolving Field winding with four poles
class-H insulation is used in construction
All windings are vacuum impregnated, dully baked at the proper temperature and then coated with gelcoat to prevent the ingress of moisture
end shields are of CI-DE.
Voltage regulation is maintained within 5% of rated voltage and at specified power factor
All the leads are made by PVC ferrules
The generating sets are used as a dependable power source for Industries, Cinema Houses, Commercial complexes and Domestic Lighting purpose etc.
