Product Profile of Digital Radiography Inspection System
Digital Radiography Inspection System is designed for digital radiography of components that do not need manipulation in multiple axes. The System has rated capacity of 160 KV and 5 ma maximum and has touch screen based control for KV and ma setting. The System has tube head hermetically sealed with oil cooling and has image size of 180 X 150 mm, image resolution from 1.3 mega pixels and 5 mega pixels. The System requires power supply of 230 V AC single phase 50 Hz and consumes power consumption of 2.5 KVA. The System ensures image capture of synchronized with X-ray switching and automatic image storage in defined folder in computer. The System has 3 mm lead sandwich X-ray shielding and operator viewing area provided with lead glass for safe viewing. The Digital Radiography Inspection System has exposure interlock with loading door and requires floor space of 750 X 1000 mm.
