Double Walled Laboratory grade Incubator is heavily insulated with Glass wool insulation. The Incubator has a double walled door with glass window sealed with rubber and asbestos gasket. The Incubator is provided with control arrangement which consists of a thermostat, 3 heat switch and indicating lamps. Double Walled Laboratory grade Incubator can be operated at 230 volts, single phase.

- The incubator is double wall in construction
- The outer body is made of mild steel with powder coating finish
- The Inner chamber and the perforated trays have an option for mild steel (or) stainless steel
- It is heavily insulated with Glass wool insulation. It has a double walled Door with Glass window sealed with Rubber and Asbestos gasket
- The Heating is by SS Tubular heaters made out of 80/20 Nichrome wire
- Fitted in a separate chamber at the bottom side of the Inner chamber
- The Control arrangement consists of a Thermostat, 3 Heat switch and indicating lamps
- It can be operated at 230 Volts, Single phase
- The Temperature is from 5degree C above ambient to 80 degree C with an accuracy of +/- 1 degree C
