The quick-change drill chuck is made of case hardened steel and is suitable for mass production jobs as it minimises the tool change time considerably. It comes in MT-2, MT-3, MT-4, and MT-5 taper shank. The collets for the above are manufactured from case hardened steel and are hardened and precision ground in accordance with relevant ISI standards. The split type drill/tap/centre drill sleeves are spring steel fabricated. These sleeves avoid the slippage of tool during operation. The drill sleeves and extension sleeves are hardened and precision ground.
