Product Profile of Dry Heat Sterilizer
Pharmalab is engaged in manufacturing a range of sterilizers. As part of that, the company offers Dry Heat Sterilizer. It is ideally suited for sterilization of empty Ampoules, Vials, bottles etc. These sterilizers are equipped with powerful fans for circulating controlled temperature air to all parts of the load in order to achieve minimum temperature gradients. Dry Heat Sterilizers incorporate an independent blower fan to deliver clean air to the work chamber for effective drying during heat phase. It can also work as pressuring fan during the sterilizing phase. Dry Heat Sterilizers come with following salient features:
Chamber is made from AISI SS 304/316.
The entire sterilizer is built in SS 304.
Guaranteed Temperature distribution within +/- 5degreeC.
Pneumatically actuated valves at the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts.
All terminals of heaters are outside the sterilizer
The sterilizer is provided with two heater banks
Heater and blower are provided with interlock.
Door interlocking system is provided
PLC based control system for precise control of process parameters.
