Product Profile of Dual Set Point Temperature Controller
ION have introduced 964DH Dual Set Point Temperature Controller [Set 1 and Set 2] for temperature range of 0 to 200, 400, 6000C using Pt-100 RTD sensor. It has resolution for the temperature range of 0 to 2000C is 0.10C and for 0 to 400 or 6000C is 10C. The 3-1/2digit red LEDs with numerals of height 12.5 mm indicate temperature with ±1% accuracy. Both the set points [Set 1 and Set 2] are independently adjustable by means of two ten-turn potentiometers on the front panel. The control accuracy is ± 1 LSD [Least Significant Digit]. At the output one changeover relay of 5 Amp [resistive load] is given for each set point. Other features are three-wire compensation for RTD inputs and open sensor indication. The unit is housed in a powder coated metal box of size 96 mm [H] x 96 mm [W] x 200 mm [D]. Uses are in high temperature ovens and other heat process industries to control overshoot and undershoot of temperatures.
