Product Profile of Dual Spindle Cnc Turning Centre
HMT offers a dual spindle CNC turning centre, DTC 20. Turning centres with the possibility for both first and second side machining including secondary operations like off centre drilling, milling, etc. performed on a single machine is becoming the state of the art in turning technology. To meet these exacting demands, HMT has manufactured this dual spindle 4 axis CNC chucker, with two 12 station turrets and with coaxial, opposed, moving headstock configuration and upgradable to include C axis with rotary tools on both turrets. The advantages of dual spindle machines are single operator, lesser floor space, lower investment, and easier materials handling.
