The technical specifications of Electric Control & Distribution Panels are:
Rated Voltages: Rated insulation voltage 660V, 40-60 Hz. Rated Operational voltage: 415V, 50 Hz.
Rated Current: Ratings up to 7000 amperes.
Short Circuit Strength: 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with a peak current of 105 KA for bus bar system [Type tested at CPRI].
Ambient Temperature: Design ambient temperature: standard 40 Deg C; Optional 45 Deg C, 50 Deg C. [Type tested at CPRI for Temperature Rise at 3000 Amps, 415V, 50 Hz TP&N].
Degree of Protection: Standard IP52. Optional IP54 or IP55. For IP65 a weatherproof housing is provided to cover the switchboards completely with a top canopy.
Instrumentation: Any type of metering and / or protection instruments, i.e. Voltmeters, Ammeters, Energy [KWH] meters, Indicating lamps, Maximum Demand Indicators, Power Factor Indicators, Frequency meters, Protection Relays etc can be provided as per requirement.
