Due to special design of the chain, there is absolutely no dragging or scraping action as the material simply flows in a solid column "En-masse".
Selection of chain is based on the design & standards developed by us after vast experience in this field for last 25 years.
Movement of material in horizontal, vertical or inclined directions with a possible combination of these for a single conveying application is possible thus avoiding transfer points.
Due to enclosed conveyor design, spillage & dust nuisance are completely avoided. Depending upon the application the conveyor can be made pressure tight if required & you can term your conveyor as eco-friendly conveyors.
As the material flows in a placid column without any internal movement between particles, chances of degradation of material are minimized.
Due to specialized nature of design & construction, the conveyor needs much less space for installation & results in saving cost of support.
A single conveyor can cater to the requirement of multiple feed & discharge points.
Conveyors of greater length can be provided with gravity type take up arrangement.
