This X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer features large sample chamber with automatic opening/closing door. The large chamber can accommodate samples up to 300mm wide and 150 mm high. These instruments include standard-less quantitative analysis software that can be suitable for various applications, from thin films to organic substances.
