HMT Limited has developed high precision tool room with sophisticated infrastructure for manufacturing high precision engineering components as its Watch factory, Ranibagh [Nainital]. The Engineeering components and toolings come with facilities such as CNC turning and milling, jig boring and grinding, profile grinding, EDM, sliding head stock automats [for bar dia 0.55 to 12 mm], fine blanking presses [1.5T to 150T], hobbing, injection moulding, heat treatment, surface treatment, etc. The high precision tool room supplies Collets, guide bushes, carbide flat drills, carbide end mills, punches, jig and fixtures, gauges, die-sets, injection moulding die sets for plastic components to meet exact quality and specifications as per customer requirements.
