Erythrosine Food Colour is available with Maximum 13% Volatile Matter at 135?C Sodium Chloride / Sulphate. The colour comes with 0.20% water soluble matter and combined ether extract. It contains maximum 4.00% Subsidiary Dyes. The colour is used in almost every type of edible preparation like biscuits, beverages, confectioneries, jams & jellies, sweets, sauces, soups, canned & bottled fruits / vegetables, drugs, pharmaceuticals. It has a maximum Dyes Intermediate of 0.10% [inorganic sodium iodide in case of Erythrosine].
