Product Profile of Flat Flame Gas Burner
Flat Flame Gas Burner actually heats its own refractory tile and the refractory surface of a surrounding furnace wall or roof by convection from the high velocity combustion gases thrown sideways from the burner. The Gas Burner is used in enhancing the capacity of reheating furnace by increasing the temperature at the inlet of the furnace. The Gas Burner finds application in Pre-heating furnaces, high temperature kilns, salt pots and galvanizing tanks. Flat Flame Gas Burner is suitable for cover annealing furnace, slab heaters, and patenting furnace.
Applications of Flat Flame Gas Burner:
Pre-heating furnaces
High temperature kilns
Salt Pots
Galvanizing tanks
Cover Annealing Furnace
Slab Heaters
Patenting Furnace
Glass Annealing Leh
Key Features of Flat Flame Gas Burner
- Heats its own refractory tile and the refractory surface of a surrounding furnace wall or roof by convection from the high velocity combustion gases thrown sideways from the burner
- The hot refractory surface then start to radiate heat to the load
- The disc shaped flames produced by these burners have no forward velocity
- Used in enhancing the capacity of reheating furnace by increasing the temperature at the inlet of the furnace
