Product Profile of Flexible Geared Couplings
Crane Control Equipments supplies Flexible Geared Couplings best suited for overcoming the following type of misalignments: i] Parallel Offset - where axes of connected shafts are parallel but not within the same straight line; ii] Angular-axes of shafts intersect at the centre of coupling; and, iii] Combined Angular-offset axes of shafts are neither parallel nor do they intersect. The hubs of these Flexible Geared Couplings are forged from EN-9 steel forgings to close tolerances for accurate alignments and proper balance. The outer casing of these Flexible Geared Couplings from Crane Control Equipments is also produced from EN-9 steel forging. Hexagonal headed machined bolts bolt the flanged sleeves of the couplings. Sleeves of a particular size of the Flexible Geared coupling are interchangeable for easy replacement.
