All contact parts are made out of SS 316 quality and non-contact parts are made of SS 304 quality. The Fluid Bed Dryer offers pre air filtration by 20 micron filters and secondary by 5 micron. There is final air filtration through HEPA [0.3 micron] filters and this Fluid Bed Dryer has mono-block construction. Retarding chamber and expansion chamber are made in single piece construction to enhance cGMP and facilitate hygienic cleaning.
