Fluidtherm Technology has launched batch and continuous roller hearth furnaces for a variety of processes such as hardening, tempering, stress relieving, reheating, etc. A special turbine fan designed with the aid of computer simulated thermal profile enables to construct furnaces with a temperature uniformity of ?3?C. High volume and consistent output is possible with less manpower. Roller hearth furnaces are now in operation for various applications.
