Product Profile of Gasket Tape Ptfe
Teadit 24 BB, manufactured by TDT Sealpack, is the wider version of the company`s expanded PTFE gasket tape. It is available in width from 25 mm to 200 mm in 0.5 mm up to 3.0 mm thickness. Although the fibres have a multi-directional orientation, tensile strength is higher along the longitudinal axis. Teadit 24 B B is suitable to cut or punch gasket from tape and has with foodstuff [also available without adhesive tape]. Techincal data: density [at delivery]: d = 9.75 g/cm?; temperature range:- -240?C up to + 270?C; pressure: from vacuum up to 200bar pH 0 - 14; gasket parameter, assembly QUV/0,01 = 30 Mpa; gasket parameter, operational m0,01 = 2.5. Advantages: all physical properties of 100% PTFE; gasker can be economically cut from the tape; intricate shapes can be cut or punched with simple tools; and reduced maintenance time.
