Gem Cross Flow Series Cooling Tower

The Gem Cooling Tower product line represents an innovative, premier Cross Flow Tower design ideal for large applications with multiple cells. The GCF borrows the design innovations and easy maintenance benefits pioneered by GEM Counter Flow Cooling Tower blended with unique cross flow construction features. The vertical air discharge of the GCF design and the distance between the discharge air and fresh air intakes reduces the chance of air re-circulation since the warm humid air is directed up and way from the unit. The frame is manufactured with hot-dip galvanized steel to minimize rusting and corrosion ensuring long life. Stainless steel frame is available as optional. Casing is lightweight, easy to assemble, no painting required and thus reducing maintenance cost. Inspection doors are furnished to provide convenient acce to the interior for inspection, maintenance, and adjustment of float valve, cleaning of lift-out strainer and flushing out the sump. Gem Cross Flow Cooling Towers are vacuum formed of 0.2 mm thickness made of PVC film with excellent chemical and distortion resistance and is suitable for a water temperature of upto 55? C. The fills incorporate the function of drift eliminator, louver and wet deck surface. The drift eliminators are efficient enough to effectively limit drift loss to no more than 0.01 percent of the circulating water flow rate.
