Rosa Ucam Grindtech Pvt. Ltd offer Surface Grinding Machines. Rotor surface grinding machines are high precision machines assembled in India by Rosa Ucam Grindtech. These grinding machines comes in different sizes starting from 400 mm dia to 1500 mm dia. They are ergonomically and aesthetically designed.The cross and vertical axes are driven and positioned through large diameter precision ball screws and servomotors. Sliding surfaces of the linear axes are coated with special antifriction coating ensuring smooth movement and long life. The rotary table is mounted on the machine base and the rotation of the table is through a ser vomotor. Rotary tables can run up to a maximum speed of 150 RPM, which can be controlled by a knob provided on the controller. The main spindle is supported on three bearings at the front and two bearings at the rear. Spindle units are directly coupled to a high power 7.5 kW induction motor. The controller on the machines has a large LED display visible from a distance and the operation is made user-friendly. The controller has the facility to control the power of the highly productive with programmable cycles and auto dressing inbuilt in the controller. They produce high accuracy parts with excellent surface finish.
