These machines, with swing over bed [400-700 mm] and ABC [1,000-3,000 mm], have been specially designed to meet the requirements of customers all over the world who require high quality, affordable CNC lathes to turn a wide variety of jobs whose batch sizes may vary from very small to large. These machines are equipped with either Siemens Sinumerik or Fanuc OT-D CNC Systems. The salient features of the Heavy Duty Flat Bed Cnc Lathes are: high grade Meehanite type bed castings; flame hardened and ground guide ways for very long life; anti-friction Turcite & reg ; -B lining on all slides; precision ground ball screws for high positional accuracy, resulting in high accuracy and repeatability of job sizes; CNC controlled infinitely variable spindle speeds in 2 ranges, ie, normal and high torque. The high torque range is useful for heavy machining of large diameter jobs; and automatic lubrication of all moving parts.
