Key Features of Heavy Duty Slotting Machine
  • The column has a deep throat to enable a variety of parts to be machined.
  • The circular table is provided with T-slots and 360 degrees direct indexing to accurately locate positions. Indirect indexing available through dividing head.
  • A taper hole in the center of the table is useful for reception of cantering mandrel while machining circular slotting work.
  • The feed mechanism is infinitely variable between 0.2-1.5mm per cycle, for all models and 0.2-2mm for PSL-450
  • Steel gear slide on multi-splined shafts. All shafts are carried on ball bearings.
  • Variable automatic feed on all the axes is optional.
