Proprietary Thin Film oxidant resistant NF membranes have been developed by Permionics. The membranes are available in The following range of cut offs.
The HF series of membranes are used for applications like:
-Whey deashing and concentration.
-Dyes desalting and concentration.
-Antibiotics from Mother Liquors.
-Water Softening.
-Color Removal from waste waters.
Key Features of Hfnf Membranes
- Lower alcohols and chlorinated Hydrocarbon compatible.
- Operating temperatures upto 90 deg C
- Non Polyamide and oxidant resistant.
- pH tolerance: 2- 12 during operation and cleaning
- Chlorine tolerance: 1 ppm continuous exposure; 100 ppm during cleaning / sanitizing.
- Low fouling due to high Hydrophilicity.
