Construction--- Hoist consists of motor, brake, drum, gear box, electric panel and travelling trolley.
Motor --- Motors are suitable for 3 phase 415V, 50 Hz, AC supply
Gears --- on needle roller the reduction gear train is mounted bearings in a dust proof oil bath housing
Brake --- Adjustable, self re-setting, electro-magnatic disc or shoe type.
Wire rope --- extra flexible wire rope of 6x37 has been constructed
Rope Drum --- made of seamless steel pipe or fabricated steel plates
Rope Guide
Hook Block --- on thrust bearing for free swiveling Heavy duty steel forged hooks are supported.
Limit Switches --- To prevent over hoisting and over lowering limit switches are provided.
Trolley --- electric trolley are supplied with the product.
Electric Panel
Testing--- All the Hoist are tested for 25 % overload
